Alice Babette Toklas
(* 30. April 1877; ? 7. März 1967) war eine US-amerikanische Autorin und die Lebensgefährtin der Schriftstellerin und Kunstsammlerin Gertrude Stein. In der gemeinsamen Wohnung in Paris unterhielt das Paar einen Salon, der ein bedeutendes Zentrum kulturellen Lebens war. Außer ihrer eigenen literarischen Tätigkeit war Alice B. Toklas nicht nur Gertrude Steins Geliebte, sondern auch ihre Sekretärin, Muse, Herausgeberin und Kritikerin.
