(getauft 26. Februar 1564; ? 30. Mai 1593), Spitzname ?Kit?, war ein englischer Dichter, Dramatiker und Übersetzer des elisabethanischen Zeitalters. Die Kenntnisse über Christopher Marlowes Persönlichkeit und Leben sind äußerst spärlich und lückenhaft. Sein Drama »Edward II« ist ein bedeutendes schwules Theaterstück und eine klassische Darstellung eines schwulen Lebens.

(* 27. Dezember 1901; ? 6. Mai 1992) war eine deutsche Schauspielerin und Sängerin.
In »Marokko«, ihrem ersten Hollywoodfilm, küsste sie im Smoking eine andere Frau. Damit revolutionierte Dietrich nicht nur die Modewelt, sondern brach gleichzeitig mit der tradierten Geschlechterrolle. Unabhängig davon, ob sie selbst lesbische Beziehungen hatte, wurde sie durch dieses Image zu einer Ikone für Lesben und Schwule.
