(* 15. Oktober 1926, ? 25. Juni 1984) war ein schwuler französischer Philosoph des Poststrukturalismus, Psychologe, Soziologe und Begründer der Diskursanalyse.
Michel Foucault setzte sich vehement dafür ein, ein schwules Leben zu entwerfen und zu gestalten, auch in seinem wissenschaftlichen Werk hat er maßgebliche Texte zum Verständnis von Homosexualität und schwulem Leben hinterlassen.
