Mit dem Argument des Kinderschutzes wurde die sogenannte �homosexuelle Propaganda� in der �ffentlichkeit immer st�rkerer Repression ausgesetzt, seit 2013 gilt ein Gesetz auf f�deraler Ebene, das jegliche positiven �u�erungen �ber Homosexualit�t in Anwesenheit von Minderj�hrigen oder �ber Medien wie das Internet unter Strafe stellt. Diesen Rahmenbedingungen, die immer wieder zu regelrechter Verfolgung werden, steht gerade in kultureller Hinsicht eine immer wieder �berraschende und lebendige lesbische und schwule Szene gegen�ber.
